So what are all the different inspections that we do each year with our property management company?

We do several inspections on the rental properties each year in a cyclical fashion, based on us being in a colder climate.

Our spring time inspections are typically the time when we do exterior inspections at the time that our inspectors are able to be outside all day.

The other yearly inspection we do is the preventative maintenance inspections that we do for the interior, usually later in the fall right before we aren’t able to work outside in the colder weather.

We do those two inspections on every property.

We also do the move in and move out inspections to make sure the property is functioning well, and make sure that anything that is broken can be fixed or repaired.
