There is no long term contract. You can cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice before your next service is scheduled to repeat. The agreement you sign at the start of your service is a non disclosure and no solicitation agreement. We can send you a basic agreement to review at any time. 

First, we will have a short 15-30 minute consultation with you to fully understand how you will use your virtual assistant so we can pair you with a Prosper team member that has experience in the skills you are requesting help with.

Whether you are an investor, a real estate agent or a property manager, TIME IS MONEY, and you can only grow so much if you are spending your time on tasks that anyone can be trained how to do. No matter how large your business is, you should always be focused on the 20% of tasks that bring in 80% of the revenue.

Unfortunately sometimes staff members can’t make it to work. It is important to note that with your payment plan you are not paying for 12 days of their work schedule each year. So if they call in sick and it is not a habitual issue, then you are not paying for their sick or vacation day. We do have extra staff on hand to support when our assistants may be late or unable to attend work. 

Prosper pays virtual assistants more than 3 times the minimum wage in the Philippines and our starting salary is nearly double the industry standard for southeast Asia Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. We also pay for their sick and vacation days and they have many ways to receive bonuses for doing a great job working for you. 

Although this rarely ever happens, if your assistant leaves our company you can be assured that we will be able to recruit and find you a new assistant fully capable of the same tasks.

Payment is due for your first month of service before your assistant starts working for you and will be prorated based on the date they start. The following months payment will be due on the first of the month. 

We highly recommend that you use your assistant to add the website chat capability to your company. You will reach more prospects, set more home tours and sign more leases. If you would like our help to install this service it will be an additional $15 per month. 

We work with many property management companies all over the country. Currently, we help clients in 37 different states. Because we sign a non disclosure agreement with every client, we can’t talk about what companies use our service or their unique business practices.

No, our assistants are based in the Philippines and do not speak Spanish. 

No, your assistant is fully dedicated to you and your company. They report to you to clock in and clock out each day and they will become a member of your team for a full 40 hours per week. 

All of our assistants train while learning on the job at Prosper Real Estate (ProsperPads.com). This is strictly residential property management and they do not get trained on anything having to do with commercial real estate. 

On Average, after you commit to using our virtual assistant service the VA will be able to start working for your company within 4 weeks. We are meticulous about finding the perfect teammate for you and making sure they are fully trained before they ever start working for you. 

All of our assistants have a secondary education before they start working for us. When they work for Prosper’s property management company they get 3 months of on the job training. 

You are completely in control of giving your assistant a raise. Each year we will ask you if you would like to give your teammate a raise and you are not obligated to do so. 

No, We only provide the full time service. $6.95 per hour which is $1112 for the entire month and no other hidden fees. We keep our service options as basic as possible so we can focus on providing the best training and service to our clients. 

We are a small boutique business. You will talk to the owner of PropertyManagerAssistant.com on the consultation. We only place a limited amount of clients each month because we are invested in the success of your business. We are property managers. Your assistant learns and trains with us and we have several thousand dollars invested into each of our assistants before they ever start to work for you.
