We typically only charge a percentage of the pet rent that matches the percentage of our management fee. So we are passing that on more to the actual property owner.

Some property management companies might charge a lot more, but we feel like it’s the owner’s liability for the damages that could happen from a pet, so the vast majority of that money goes to our owner clients that are allowing the pet.
