Your assistant is explicitly assigned to you and is 100% dedicated to your company. You are not sharing the assistant with anyone else. This exclusive focus allows your assistant to fully develop a virtual assistant skillset tailored to your business needs.
Yes. Your assistant already has experience working as a b2b virtual assistant for American companies. They have worked for an American real estate company. Our agents have been trained and worked with our sister company, Prosper Real Estate, based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Yes. Our assistants have secondary education after High School, ensuring they bring a well-rounded virtual assistant skillset to your team.
Our b2b virtual assistants have been trained to take incoming phone calls, listen to tenant issues, and take accurate notes. They will then delegate the problem to the appropriate member of your team. However, we do not recommend they answer your phones until after they have worked with you for several months. Putting your assistant in a situation where they need to respond quickly without getting verification if their response is correct does not put them in a position to succeed for you.
English is the official language of the Philippines. All of our assistants speak fluent English, but they have a distinguishable accent that is much different from an American accent.
Our assistants are equipped and educated on using Google applications, including GMAIL, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Hangouts. They are also well-versed in Microsoft Office products. They have been trained using Appfolio for property management software, Jivochat for chatting on websites, and RingCentral for phone conversations. They can be trained to use any other software for real estate property management companies before they work directly for you, such as Rent Manager, Yardi, and Buildium. These tools enhance the virtual assistant skillset they bring to your company.
It is a 14-hour time difference between Cebu City, in the Philippines, and the Central Standard Time Zone in Chicago, Illinois. The assistant is 14 hours ahead (13 in the summer when it is not daylight savings time). The assistant will work whenever they are needed for your business, five days a week, and up to 9 hours a day with a 1-hour break.
Yes, all of our assistants are trained to clock in and out with their clients via email and also send emails to delegate issues that need to be addressed for your company. Property Manager Assistant provides Google for Business, so our assistants can access all Google Office products and a cloud storage system for documents to share.
The easiest way to communicate with your assistant is through email for items that do not need to be addressed quickly, Google Hangouts for chatting and receiving quick responses, and using the file storage system Google Drive to share documents. They can also send text messages from their telephone number.
Yes, our B2B virtual assistants attend training sessions on fair housing laws that are compliant with the United States government.
Perhaps, better than asking what an assistant is capable of is asking what they are not capable of. Property Manager Assistant has seen that an assistant can be trained on almost any task, but it depends on how much time the owner is willing to invest in training the assistant. Prosper does not recommend having assistants handle company funds, transfer money in any facet of the business, or have access to rental application data such as social security numbers. Prosper is not responsible if an owner-client allows their virtual assistant to handle any financial matters for the company. We also do not recommend having any Prosper b2b virtual assistants send out leases or draft any legal contracts, creating a relationship between you and a third party. Property Manager Assistant will not be held responsible for any drafted legal agreements without their permission.
Many of our b2b virtual assistants help reconcile payroll, timesheets, and mileage reimbursements. We do not recommend allowing assistants to handle money on behalf of your company, and Prosper does not accept any liability if the owner decides to give their assistant this privilege.
Because of sensitive data on rental applications, Property Manager Assistant does not recommend having assistants review private information about tenants. This includes the sharing of social security numbers. Prosper is not liable for damages if owners give their assistants this privilege. They may, however, check landlord references and do criminal background checks. Having your assistant do credit checks is not advised.
